Refund Policy
For Active Accounts: Any overpayments made by a customer will be reflected as a credit balance on their account that will be applied to future bills. Refunds: A 30 day Notice of Cancellation of service is required. Refunds of unused portion of paid service will be processed after the last day of service. To Set Up Auto Pay
Log onto www.trashbilling.com or click link in ACH and Credit Card column
Choose View Your Account and enter 12 digit web id# on your statement ( you will be asked to set up password if you have never logged in before. Please write down you id and password to update auto pay information or view your account later).
Choose Account Settings
Set Up Email first to received statements and draft notifications
Choose Sign Up for Auto Pay (fill in info for either ACH or Credit card and submit)
